SQL dialog

SQL*XL home

This dialog is used to submit one or more select statements and other supported commands to the database. When multiple statements are sent (you may mix different statement types like select, insert/delete, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, etc) the statements are required to be delimited by a semi-colon (;) symbol.

Dialog Items:

• SQL Source optiongroup
• SQL Text textarea
• SQL Editor button
• "Prompt to specify options" list
• "Count Rows" checkbox
• "Range containing the SQL" textbox
• Reset button
• Statement optiongroup
