Multi Row Insert dialog

SQL*XL home

This dialog is used to insert block of data (up to a spreadsheet full of data ) into a table or view. To use this screen you have to organise your data so that each column has the Database column name as heading. Also somewhere on the spreadsheet you have to specify the table name.

Dialog items:

• Table name textbox
• Column(s) textbox
• Data textbox
• Row orientation option group
• Prompt on error checkbox
• Sort to status checkbox
• Commit each row checkbox
